Welcome to Powhatan Farmers Market at Westchester Commons

Thursdays, May 4 through October 26, 2017 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
At Westchester Commons (intersection of Rt's 288 and 60) in front of Office Max/Joann's Fabric

September is a great time for market produce because it straddles summer and fall. That means you can still get the very last Melons and Tomatoes of the year and pick up the earliest Apples and Greens. Add that to Squash, Peppers, Eggplant, Honey, Pork, and Pears, and you've got yourself real meals from real folk.

Welcome to the Powhatan Farmers Market at Westchester Commons!

Powhatan Farmers Market at Westchester Commons is a seven-year-old producer-only market where customers purchase directly from local farmers and artisans. While our mission is to help meet the growing demand for fresh, local food, the Market promotes direct relationships between producers / artisans and consumers. Our vendors offer fresh vegetables, berries, mushrooms, poultry, pork, beef, eggs, baked goods, jewelry, pottery, herbs, soaps, wool and much, much more.

Open every Thursday, 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Westchester Commons (intersection of Rt's 288 and 60) from May 4 through October 26, 2017, we connect local produce, arts and food with Powhatan, Chesterfield and Amelia citizens.
